In the coming Manufacturing Surabaya 2025, exhibitors can use LeadGrab by Informa, a simple yet powerful lead capture scanner to collect and manage buyer contacts.
Why Use LeadGrab?
- Collect Buyer Leads: A simple scan on a visitor’s badge to collect buyer contact information using your phone.
- Organise Leads Efficiently: Add lead tags and notes to classify the contacts for easier follow-up.
- Export Leads Conveniently: Log in to Exhibitor Engagement Centre (EEC) to download all the data. You can check and compare the number of leads acquired by your team members.
Your Next Step – Create User Accounts
Follow these simple steps:
- Log In EEC : Log in the Manufacturing Surabaya 2025 Exhibitor Engagement Centre (EEC) and navigate to LeadGrab by Informa and Click “Team User” in the dropdown.
- Click Add New User and fill in their details. New users will automatically receive login instructions for LeadGrab via email.
- Download LeadGrab mobile app: Search and install “LeadGrab by Informa” from Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for android devices or WeChat Mini Program.
Important Note: Please be aware that LeadGrab’s lead scanning functionality will only work for visitor registration badges presented during the official show dates. Scanning will not work for a visitor’s pre-registration code or another exhibitor.
